Inman Ave <br /> Stockton, CA 95204 <br /> Subject: Unpermitted auto repair shop at 1905 W. Inman Ave <br /> A complaint has been received by this office reporting that the above address is operating an <br /> unpermitted auto repair shop. The EHD conducted a drive by at the site on 5/1/2024 and <br /> noted repair work going on in the streets adjacent to the house. Dried oily staining was <br /> observed on the street where the repair work was occurring. Please see the attached photos. <br /> Any business that generates hazardous waste is required to obtain a hazardous waste permit <br /> from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> Small amounts of hazardous waste can be transported to the San Joaquin County Household <br /> Hazardous Waste facility at 7850 R.A. Bridgeford Street, Stockton, CA 95206. The facility has <br /> limited hours of operation and more information can be found here: <br /> https://www.sjgov.org/solidwaste/hhw. If the residence is conducting a business, an EPA ID <br /> number will also need to be obtained before going to this location. <br /> Please contact our department using the information below to further discuss the allegations <br /> of this complaint and to schedule a site visit to inspect the property. <br /> Please note that subsequent complaints may require a site visit by an Environmental <br /> Health inspector.
