All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#10 Disinfectant Residual MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Free chlorine is above 40ppnn. Maintain between 3-10ppm. Close until corrected. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall <br />maintain the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid, 2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with <br />cyanuric acid or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations: 3.0 ppm to 10.0 <br />ppm free chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine. (CCR 65529) <br />#12 pH Level <br /> MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: pH is less than 7.0. Maintain pH between 7.2-7.8. Close until corrected. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8. (CCR 65530) <br />#26 Spa Operating Temperature <br /> MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Spa temperature is 110F. Close until corrected. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Spa temperature shall not exceed 104"F (CBC 3138B) <br />#13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: Cyanuric acid is above 100ppm. Maintain at or below 100ppm. Correct in 1 week. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. (CCR 65530) <br />#22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Float valve assembly lacking in skimmer. Provide in 2 weeks. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All pads of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
