Date: 07/30/2026
OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS
NOTES
On site for a leak detector test of the Diesel dispenser rack line leak detector following repeated test failures during the
monitoring system certification on 09/20/2024.
Witnessed line leak detector testing. The diesel line leak detector for the dispensing rack piping was incapable of detecting a
3-gallon per hour leak at 10psi.
The technician contacted Veeder-Root to determine if the parameters on the panel could be changed for the piping length to allow
for a longer test, the service representative for Veeder-Root stated that this is not allowed.
The diesel dispenser rack system should not be used until a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor repairs or
replaces the leak detector such that the leak detector is capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10psi.
*Note the line leak detector was not replaced during the inspection.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code. If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title:
EH Specialist:Phone:(209) 616-3037ALBERTO FERNANDEZ
Steve Schamaun, Environmental Contact
Page 1 of 1EHD Rev. 09/16/2020 Service Request Inspection Report
FA0012107 SR2400514 SC4320 11/01/2024
Steve Schamaun
