COMMISSARY EL GALLO AGREEMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS The following Rules and Regulations shall apply to all catering truck/trailers owners and their employees while in the Commissary El Gallo premises at all times including business after hours. Mobile truck/trailer owners and their employees are responsible for: 1.Pay rent on time. Rent is added to your account every 15T of the month. Grace period till the 5th, after this day a $50 Fee will be added. If not paid before the 15th of the month you will be ask to leave and commissary agreement will be canceled. Deposit non-Refundable, truck will be towed away at owner's expense. Keep parking stall clean. Nothing left on the floor that causes unnecessary bugs. Putting all Food garbage in trash bin with trash bag. No truck parts, windows, tiers, bumpers, tv, umbrellas, House garbage, extra outside trash, no car oil, ice chest Place cardboard in designated area. No outside cardboard TV, home appliances Putting recycling in the recycling bin. White hard foam is not recyclable! Placing grease in designated area. Please do not add water to grease bins. a. No motor oil. Do not place anything that is not lard or cooking oil in grease container. No Alcohol, No weapons, No partying, No outside guests, No hanging out, No card games 8.Clean up wash bay and putting hoses back after you have used them. 30 minutes per wash. 9.Keep sinks clean and do not put trash in sink that could block the water drains. 10. While in wash bay be mindful of the time. 30 minutes per wash. Do not prepare for your day in wash bay. Do not cook outside of your food truck. 11. Close holding water tank. (gray water) no gray water spill at your parking space. 12. You get 12 shovels of ice per working day. Any extra there will be a fee. 13. No mechanic work or oil change on premises. No exceptions! 14. Electrical hook up is for the food truck only (no electric car or anything else.) No sharing outlets! Extension cord needs to be in working conditions, no exposed wires. Pick up extension when raining, it will pop your braker. 15. Respecting others and their property. No fighting! 16. Do not park in other people spaces or block. You will be towed at your expense. 17. No speeding or burn outs on property. 18. For your safety and others do not block gates or doors. 19. Lock your food trucks and personal cars. We are not responsible for break- ins, lost and stolen items. 20. You are responsible for all your employees and their behavior. 21. El Gallo property damage. Mobile truck owners will be accountable for the cost and replacement of any damaged property. This includes but it is not limited to: water guns and hoses, gates/fences, doors, shopping carts, electrical plug connections, light posts, remote controls, water spigots, bathrooms, sinks, fence. Your safety is the constant concern of this facility. Every precaution has been taken to provide a safe workplace. Common sense and personal interest in safety are still the greatest guarantees of your safety at work, on the road, and at home.
