All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: The safety sign posted on the fence is lacking the emergency number, name of the facility, address, and <br />capacities. Mark all this information in permanent ink on the sign by 2 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #15 Operation Records <br />OBSERVATIONS: The records are not being kept up to date every day. Record the chlorine and pH levels every day. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per <br />day. Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often <br />as necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test <br />results for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #30 Pool Equipment and Plumbing Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: The basket for the pump is filled with toys and other items. Clean the basket for the pump by 2 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All equipment related to pool operations shall be installed and maintained in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications and shall comply with applicable requirements established by applicable NSF/ANSI-50 performance <br />standards.
