A copy of the proof of training, along with the attendance sheet
are attached.
Facility has established an account with
World Oil Environmental Services and have scheduled a pickup of the old drum with the unknown contents
and a new 55 gallon drum will be delivered with the appropriate label to track contents and accumulation
date.
It was determined that the fuel tech has been
taking the used fuel filters with him after replacing them with new fuel filters, as evidenced by the last 2
work orders from 2024. Moving forward, tech will be placing the used filters in the designated 55 gallon drum
that will be used to store hazmat material. Once full, facility will call World Oil to properly dispose of hazmat.
