I have reviewed the documents. See my comments below: <br /> <br />Hazardous Waste: <br />#102: Open. (1) Provide additional information regarding the storage, handling, and disposal plans for the metal <br />fines. (2) Provide additional information regarding the paint cans found in the container. Was it determined to be a <br />waste? Or is it still product that will be used? <br /> <br />#110: Closed. <br /> <br />#113: Open. If you are unable to locate all used oil disposal records, provide a corrective action statement <br />demonstrating how the facility will ensure compliance with recordkeeping moving forward. <br /> <br />#403: Open. Three 5 gallon containers were not closed during the inspection. IMMEDIATELY ensure that these <br />containers are closed. You provided a correction date of 12/31/2024. A photo was also provided but it does not <br />show the buckets that were observed during the inspection. Were they put into a different container? See below <br />for the inspection photos:
