No further action needed <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 3 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for Propane were not complete. <br />- At the time of inspection the propane was reported as 500 gallons for the outside tank near the gas dispensers. This <br />quantity did not include the18 5-gallon propane tanks inside the cage near the front door of the facility. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of <br />the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Manager Sunny Kumair logged into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) <br />at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, to enter the correct information, no further action needed. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 10 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmat. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER) procedures were lacking: <br />- Section A10 did not indicate that the plan covers "Hazardous Waste" despite facility generating hazardous waste. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release <br />or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: - immediate notification of <br /> 12 <br />FA0027375 PR0548865 SC001 09/19/2024 <br />EHD Rev. 12/06/2021 CP22 - HMBP OIRPage 2 of 3 <br />1868 E.
