OBSERVATION:The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date, January 15. -The 2024 CERS submittal was submitted on 03/22/224-late -The 2022 CERS submittal was submitted on 02/03/2022 incomplete and late REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. OBSERVATION: 2,500 gallons red diesel, 10,0000 gallons clear diesel and 50 gallon diesel for stand by generator were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval.
