The following three years of submittals were made <br />on: <br />2024 Submittal- 11/27/23 <br />2023 Submittal- 10/31/22 (Made too Early) <br />2022 Submittal- 5/27/22 (Late) <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: As the annual submittal has already been made, and the violation corrected, no further action <br />is required. The violation was corrected on-site. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmat. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response (ER) procedures were lacking or inadequate. The local UPA/CUPA number <br />was incorrect. The San Joaquin County CUPA can be contacted at (209) 468-3420. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release <br />or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br />- immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />- procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br />- evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: As there are no longer a reportable amount of Hazardous Materials at the facility, there is no <br />need to make a new Emergency Response submittal with an accurate phone number.
