The site map availed on site <br />has outdated information. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency response plans and procedures, the <br />inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to <br />personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training <br />pursuant to this section. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan <br />readily available for review. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 3 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25508.2 1010008 - Business plan reviewed and electronically certified as <br />complete/accurate on or before the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. The 2021 HMBP was submitted late on 10/26/2021. <br />The 2019 HMBP was submitted late on 3/6/2019. The HMBP for 2018 was submitted late on on 4/4/2018. There was <br />no submittal for 2020. <br /> BUSINESS PLAN/BUSINESS PLAN ELEMENT(S) WAS/WERE NOT SUBMITTED].
