Constantino <br />Title: Solid Waste Site Manager <br /> <br />Experience Summary <br /> <br />Mr. Constantino has been with San Joaquin County since Jan. 2003, starting as a Refuse <br />Worker I at the Lovelace Materials Recovery Facility and Transfer Station. In October of 2003 <br />he was promoted to Refuse Worker III and in April of 2008 he was promoted to Solid Waste <br />Recovery Supervisor. Mr. Constantino was again promoted in May of 2014 to the position of <br />Solid Waste Site Manager for Lovelace Materials Recovery Facility and Transfer Station. <br /> <br />Mr. Constantino has: <br /> <br /> Completed the Basic CUPA Network Environmental Systems 2007 <br /> <br /> Completed the 24-hour certification course for Hazardous Waste Operations 2008 <br /> <br /> Completed the Transfer Station Auditing Procedures course presented by Blue Ridge <br />Consultants in 2008 <br /> <br /> Completed the 8 Hour Hazardous Waste Operations Refresher 29 CFR 1910.120 2010 <br /> <br /> Completed the San Joaquin County Human Resources Leadership Academy 2012 <br /> <br /> Completed the OSHA #7410 Managing Excavation Hazards course 2012 <br /> <br /> Completed the 8 Hour Hazwopper Refresher Training 2013 <br /> <br /> Completed the 8 Hour Hazwopper Refresher Training 2014 <br /> <br /> Completed Solid Waste Association of North America Manager of Landfill Operations <br />(“MOLO”) training in 2015 <br /> <br />In his present position, Mr. Constantino plans, assigns and supervises, either personally or <br />though subordinate supervisors, the operation of the Lovelace Transfer Station, and provides <br />assistance as needed for the maintenance of the closed Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill. <br /> <br />Mr. Constantino inspects assigned areas of responsibility, identifies and sets the priority for <br />projects, and reports major issues as appropriate to his supervisors. Mr. Constantino also <br />prepares work schedules for assignment of personnel and equipment. Assists in training <br />employees, maintains records of work and projects completed. Inspects operations to ensure <br />compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
