A 50 lb CO2 tank was observed along the Eastern wall across from <br />the three compartment sink. This tank is not on the map. <br />-Fire extinguisher labels are outdated. There is a fire extinguisher label on the map but not observed on site where the <br />three compartment sink is located. There is a fire extinguisher located next to the 450 lb CO2 tank that is not labeled <br />on the map.
