Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />May 21, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 2800 TURNPIKE RD, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> VALLEY FARMS TRANSPORT <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />implementation of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. <br />-Emergency response equipment missing from map (eyewash station, first aid kit). <br />-Site map is missing blue asterisk indicating "Hazardous Material Handling/Storage Area" according to site map key <br />in areas of the shop where gas cylinders were observed at the time of inspection (in both the NW corner the SW <br />corner of shop interior). <br />-Spill kit labeled on the map at the diesel AST behind the shop was not observed on site at the time of inspection . <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation , loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br />streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br />material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />On site to conduct a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. <br />There were three violation(s) during the inspection. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by June 30, 2024. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign.
