Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />August 15, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 10201 E LIVE OAK RD, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> CORTO OLIVE <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for the following were not complete, the following items <br />were UNDER reported on CERS: <br />- Gleen Liquid Dish Soap <br />- Propylene Glycol <br />- Domolish <br />- Cleaner Liquid #10 <br />- Chlorinated foamer <br />- Shear 100 <br />- Propane <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of <br />the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 10 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete due to missing the following elements: <br />- no loading area <br />- no emergency shut offs <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmat. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER) procedures were inadequate. <br />- Section A10 did not indicate the presence of Hazardous Materials at the facility <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release <br />or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: - immediate notification of <br /> 12 <br />FA0018163 PR0526806 SC001 08/15/2024 <br />EHD Rev. 12/06/2021 CP22 - HMBP OIRPage 3 of 4 <br />1868 E.
