Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />within 30 days. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d) 3030010 - Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start <br />date. <br />OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br />greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br />- One black metal 55 gallon drum was observed overflowing with metal and paper filters in the hazardous waste <br />storage area <br />- Two 5 gallon buckets of metal filters observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br />- One blue poly 55 gallon drum observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br />compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br />disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 21 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(f) 3030007 - Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The following <br />containers were observed without labels: <br />- One black metal 55 gallon drum was observed overflowing with metal and paper filters in the hazardous waste <br />storage area <br />- One red 20 gallons portable oil lift drain observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br />- Two 5 gallon buckets of metal filters observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br />- One blue poly 55 gallon drum observed in the hazardous waste storage area. <br />- One white poly 55 gallon drum observed in the hazardous waste storage area. <br />- Multiple 5 gallons buckets are observed in the hazardous waste storage area storing used oil <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br />“Hazardous Waste”, name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br />accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
