Please provide the following additional information and address the <br />comments: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Your permit application states diesel as the product that will be stored, your parts <br />list on drawings page PET 8 under tank hardware says Bio-Diesel, Clarify the <br />correct substance that will be stored and provide updated paperwork. <br />2. On Page 7 of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit, <br />section G overfill prevention equipment add OPW model number 71SOM -412C for <br />E85 all together will be 2. And on page 8, section I- monitoring, add sensor 323 also <br />for E-85 and turn in new page 7 and 8. <br />3. Cut sheets: Provide 1. tank charts cut sheet, the one you sent were not the <br />acceptable types, 2) provide Monitoring panel TLS 450 plus cut sheet. <br />4. Compatibility: Provide E85 compatibility with Unisource flex connector <br />5. Tank Chart: Provide tank chart for 6,000 gallon end tank. <br />6. Buoyancy calculations: Provide buoyancy calculations with a professional engineer <br />signature and stamp, the one you provided did not include a stamp. <br />7. Drawings: on page PET-1, fuel system keynotes #15 say concrete tank slab will be <br />8 inches buoyancy calculations states 9 inches provide the correct inches with <br />updated documentations. <br />8. Drawings: Provide new drawings with sensor holder mounting and provide new <br />drawings showing vacuum zones. <br />9. Drawings: Your drawings show vacuum tubes with ball valves at some points. <br />Provide new drawings with no ball valves, I believe ball valves can only be at the <br />vacuum tube ends. <br />10.
