Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />10/28/2024 <br />CP22 - AST Tier I Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />October 15, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 655 W CLAY ST, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> DSS COMPANY <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br />finished on 10/28/2024 and replaces the initial checklist. The facility is a Tier I Qualified Facility . This facility have <br />a Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures Plans in place dated June 3, 2013, but may need to be <br />updated. Tier I qualified facility owners or operators can complete a self -certified SPCC Plan. <br />The following were observed (Approximately 9,350 gallons): <br />- Three 400 gallons hydraulic oil <br />- One 400 gallons motor oil <br />- One 2,000 gallons waste oil <br />- 6-10 55 gallons drums of engine oil <br />- Per John Bertao, Two trucks each containing one 600 gallons of oil and one 2,000 gallons diesel (During the <br />inspection the trucks were not on site.
