The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br />addressed for T MOBILE WEST LLC SC13305A as of December 02, 2024. <br />Open violations from October 28, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #4 - 1010008 - Business plan reviewed and electronically certified as complete/accurate on or <br />before the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15.
