The business plan were submitted late for the 2023, <br />and 2022 year. The annual business plan submittal for 2024 was not submitted. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br />annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. Some placement of emergency response equipment are partially <br />missing. Some storm and sewer drains are no identify on the map. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002 - Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records <br />for a minimum of three years. <br />OBSERVATION: No training records were observed during the time of inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br />initial and annual refresher training.
