Provide proof of correction to <br />the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br />Code of Fed Regulations 112.7(a)(3)(i) 4010041 - SPCC Plan addresses the type of oil and storage capacity for all <br />fixed and portable containers. <br />OBSERVATION: The Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan failed to address the type of oil and <br />storage capacity for each fixed container. The following were observed on site but not addressed in the SPCC Plan: <br />- 240-gallon waste oil tank <br />- 115-gallon transmission/motor oil tank <br />- 80-gallon motor oil tank <br />The following were listed on the diagram but was not observed during the inspection <br />:- 500-gallon waste oil oil <br />- 55-gallon mixed oil <br />- 30-gallon waste oil <br />- three 55-gallon waste oil <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The SPCC plan shall include: (i) The type of oil in each fixed container and its storage <br />capacity. For mobile or portable containers, either provide the type of oil and storage capacity for each container or <br />provide an estimate of the potential number of mobile or portable containers, the types of oil, and anticipated storage <br />capacities. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The SPCC Plan shall properly address the type and storage capacity of all fixed and portable <br />and/or mobile containers, as required. Submit proof of correction to the EHD. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 15 <br />Code of Fed Regulations 112.7(b) 4010019 - SPCC predicts direction, rate of flow, total quantity of oil that could be <br />released from a discharge. <br />OBSERVATION: The Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan failed to predict the direction, rate <br />of flow, and the total quantity of the oil that could be discharged for each type of major equipment failure.
