San Joaquin Residents includes Plumbers & <br /> Pipefitters Local 442, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 595, <br /> and Sheet Metal Workers Local 104, and their members and their families who live <br /> and/or work in San Joaquin County. San Joaquin Residents have a strong interest <br /> in enforcing the State's environmental laws that encourage sustainable <br /> development and ensure a safe working environment for its members. <br /> This request is made pursuant to the California Public Records Act. <br /> (Government Code §§ 6250, et seq.) This request is also made pursuant to Article I, <br /> section 3(b) of the California Constitution, which provides a Constitutional right of <br /> access to information concerning the conduct of government.
