Main Street <br />Stockton, Ca. 95202 <br />Subject: Stone Homes <br />10980 Moritz Circle <br />Stockton, Ca. 95209 <br />The following items will be taken care of by Aqua Pool & Spa or Stone Homes: <br /> <br />1. Main drains will comply with ASME/ANSI A112.19.8-2007 performance standards. <br />Aqua Star Pool Product - - V G B Series <br />3'-0" min. center to center <br />2. Pool Barrier: <br />Fence 5'-0" minimum high. <br />Gate to open outward, self-closing & self-latching. <br />Latch 3'-6" minimum above finish grade (deck). <br />2" maximum space between finish grade and bottom offence. <br />Vertical spacing shall not allow a 4" sphere to pass through. <br />3. Hose Bibb: <br />Shall be located so that all portions of the deck may be reached with a 75 ft. distance. <br />Hose Bibb to be backflow protected. <br /> <br />4. Pool equipment: <br />a. Equipment shall be mounted on concrete that slopes 1/2" per foot minimum. <br />5. Pool plumbing: <br />a. All return lines and skimmer lines will be hydraulically balanced. <br />6. Sewer: <br />Sanitary sewer line will be installed for backwashing filter. <br />A sump will be installed. <br />All waste will go to the sewer. <br />7. Lights: <br />All lights will be protected by ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). <br />All electric will be inspected by City of Stockton Building Department. <br />8. Decks: <br />Deck shall be sloped 'A" to 3/8" per foot away from pool to below deck planter, to any <br />deck drains, or deco drain. <br />A minimum 4'-0" perimeter slip resistant concrete finish. (unobstructed)
