Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />October 10, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br />2650 WIGWAM DR, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br />QUINTERO'S FAIRWAY PERFORMANCE AUTO <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />for a minimum of three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Copies of written training records for the hazardous materials business plan was not observed during <br />the inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br />initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br />procedures: (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the <br />unified program agency. (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential <br />harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment. (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate <br />notice, for the business site. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made <br />available for a minimum of three years. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the <br />training records to the EHD. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Routine HMBP Inspection. <br />New business inspection. Former business at facility: Fairway Automotive Repair. Took over business 9/1/2024 <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 3 violation(s) during the <br />inspection. 2 violations were corrected on site. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance <br />Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken <br />for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by 11/9/2024. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. <br />Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($172).
