All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: Diarrhea sign is not location at the entrance area of a pool. The pool operator shall post at the entrance <br />area of a public pool, a sign in letters at least 1 inch (25 mm) high, that clearly states that persons with diarrhea and persons <br />who have had diarrhea within the prior 14 days shall not enter the pool water. Correct in a week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (OCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br />#7 Pool Deck <br />OBSERVATIONS: There are gaps between pool coping and deck/concrete floor. Seal these gaps and within one month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An unobstructed 4-foot wide deck of concrete or like material shall be provided and maintained flush with the <br />top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the rear of any <br />diving board, ADA device, or slide. (CBC 3114B) Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained. (OCR 65535) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />OBSERVATIONS <br /> <br />Flow rate: 50 gpm Chlorine: 5 ppm <br /> <br />Cyanuric acid: 90 ppm pH: 7.4 Combined chlorine: 0 ppm <br />NOTES <br />Routine inspection conducted this date. The followings were noted: <br />Influent: 10 GPM; Effluent: 8 GPM <br />This facility is closed due to COVID-19. <br />Self-closing and self-latching gate was tested and functional; light and GFI were tested and functional. <br />Inspection report was discussed with Tracy Padilla, Manager. <br />Inspection report will be e-mailed to the facility. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
