THERE WERE TWO <br />SMALL COCKROACHES IN THE PARMESAN GLASS JAR ON THE TABLE. ALSO THERE WAS NO HAND SOAP IN <br />EITHER OF THE RESTROOMS. <br />***COMPLAINANT REQUESTS CALL BACK AFTER INSPECTION. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint investigation at 678 N Wilson Way located in Stockton. Person in charge contacted owner via cell phone and I was <br />able to discuss complaint with him. Owner stated he was aware of the complaint because one person alleged they saw <br />cockroaches at the facility and wanted a large order refunded. Inspected kitchen food prep and storage areas and parmesan <br />containers in the dining area. Did not observe any dead or live cockroaches. No violations observed. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
