Date: 02/17/2026 <br /> Manufacturer training: OPW, 07/29/26;VR, 07/03/25, VR, 07/03/25 <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> On February 26, 2025 during the annual monitoring system certification, EHD: <br /> -verified the absence of ball floats from the waste oil tank <br /> -received email statement from installer, Frank Joe Landa, that corrosion protection was applied during installation of drop tube <br /> on the soap tank <br /> -received information that the riser was replaced during drop tube installation on soap tank due to the drop tube being stuck <br /> -witnessed 1 hour spill bucket test on the soap tank, held for one hour <br /> -received verbal notification that tank test on the soap tank will be conducted today(item 3e on approval letter) <br /> Submit updated scope of work, cut sheets and certifications to update permit to accurately reflect work that was conducted. The <br /> original scope of work did not include riser replacement on the soap tank and listed Franklin Fueling Defender as the drop tubes <br /> and spill buckets to be replaced. Franklin Fueling cut sheets and certifications were submitted with the permit application.
