Removed 4 Output <br /> Relay Module, re-terminated wiring, and resat the module into tree odder-Root. Also replaced <br /> blown fuse on Output Relay Module on 91 contact in the Bio TLS-350. Retested sensors and <br /> confirmed positive shutdown was operational. <br /> Tank 2 Diesel Mechanical Line Leak Detector failed to detect 3.00 GPH leak rate initially. Made <br /> one adjustment to the I ILD, retested and gat passing results. <br /> All testing passed after repairsladjustments were made. <br /> Page 5 of 6 <br />
