I have adjusted our plans and permit package to reflect as such. Included permit package is also an email from NOV indicating the use of NOV adhesives for NOV penetrations/piping. Please let me know any questions, or if further information is needed. In addition, can you provide a statement from NOV as well? To our understanding, NOV will not warranty this type of repair. The repair company will assumes all responsibility for this repair and all future warranty work pertaining to this repair. Regarding the letter from Bravo, it is specifically for the F-32 series fitting connection. Can you provide the cut-sheet for the current penetration with the serial number? Best,
