A eepy ef the submittal is . - Closed <br /> • For failure to submit a copy of the following test reports: <br /> o The cold start monitoring system certification and leak detector testing performed on <br /> 12/2/2024, the leak detector like for like replacement took place on November 1, <br /> 2024 and was tested on that date. After the fact notification took place on November <br /> 5, 2024 and the test report was submitted on 11/19/2024. Please see attached <br /> message referencing WO#2486185-1. No leak detector testing took place on <br /> 12/2/2024. The cold start monitoring system certification on 12/2/2024 was not <br /> required as this was a cold start on a dispenser. See Permit Guidance. Regarding <br /> the late notification. <br /> o The monitoring system certification for the 4/18/2025 sensor replacement (PN: <br /> 330020-463) at S2 T1 RV Diesel FP 19.20, the notification was made on 4/22/2025 <br /> and the test report submitted on 5/1/2025. Please see attached message <br /> referencing WO#2593819-1. WO#2593819-1 is missing.
