SANJ U A U I Environmental Health Department <br /> —COUICJTY <br /> 4- Any individual performing the work of a service technician must possess, of work under the direct <br /> and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site at all times while <br /> work is being performed who {possesses, all of the following- <br /> One of several permissible valid, current contractor licenses issued by the CSLB <br /> ■ A current California LIST Service Teohnician certificate issued by the I CC <br /> A valid. current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) Being <br /> tested, or the developer of the testing equipment or test method(s) being used <br /> 5, <br /> 6. Individuals working under the direct supervision of a qualified UST installer or UST service <br /> technician must, at a minimum, be employed by the person with the OSLB license and possess <br /> all manufacturer certifica#es of training for the equipment on which they are working. <br /> 7. The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (OERS) at http-llcers-calepe-ca.gov/ and ensure all UST information is current. <br /> B.
