If you have any questions, please contact <br /> Matthew Won at(209)616-3029 or mwon@sjgov.org. <br /> RYDER TRUCK RENTAL#1071, 3633 DUCK CREEK DR, CERS ID: 10181387, PR0232461 <br /> Violation#58-2010015-Copies of Facility Employee Training Certificates maintained. <br /> XThis violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Site personnel Were retrained on the required <br /> environmental duties for the site. Attached is the training documentation. <br /> Violation#59-2030001 -Records of release detection monitoring and maintenance properly maintained <br /> (TCR 9d). <br /> XThis violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: 1)3/8/24 alarm cleared 53 minutes after activating,no repair was made. On <br /> March 2nd we did have a vendor investigate the same alarm but self cleared as well. Gettler Ryan could not open the sump lid(due to truck parked on it). On Tait's montly inspection from <br /> April 1st the inspector notes the alarm as rain water intrusion. On 4/13/24 the L8 Alarm was addressed by Balch(WO#486182)by removing water from sump and <br /> placing it in the OWS. The T2 STP sensor has been a 208 sensor as far back as testing in 2022...this exceeds the 3 yr limit. Ryder store maintenance records electronically on our maintenance <br /> database.
