Attached is the training documentation. <br /> Violation#59-2030001 -Records of release detection monitoring and maintenance properly maintained <br /> (TCR 9d). <br /> XThis violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: 1)3/8/24 alarm cleared 53 minutes after activating,no repair was made. On <br /> March 2nd we did have a vendor investigate the same alarm but self cleared as well. Gettler Ryan could not open the sump lid(due to truck parked on it). On Tait's montly inspection from <br /> April 1st the inspector notes the alarm as rain water intrusion. On 4/13/24 the L8 Alarm was addressed by Balch(WO#486182)by removing water from sump and <br /> placing it in the OWS. The T2 STP sensor has been a 208 sensor as far back as testing in 2022...this exceeds the 3 yr limit. Ryder store maintenance records electronically on our maintenance <br /> database.
