All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization (UL, UL , ANSI, API, ASTM, etc-). See California Code of <br /> Regulations (C C R) Title 23, Chapter 15, Table B for a complete list, <br /> 7. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval, If an extension to the expiration date is <br /> required. a written request rnust be submitted to ustasIgov.orq prior to the expiration date- <br /> r. Failure to comply with the listed conditions may result in additional fees or violations. <br /> 9. Additional inspections may be conducted by the CHID.
