During the time of inspection on 1/6/2025,the technician stated the probes were replaced in December.The EHD <br /> did not received an inspection appointment nor verification of the overfill prevention was completed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The owner and operator of underground storage tank(UST)systems shall comply with all <br /> requirements of the permit issued for the operation of the UST system. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately take all necessary actions to bring these UST systems into compliance. Schedule an <br /> inspection with EHD with 48 hours notification. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> OVERALL NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the <br /> corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by February 15, 2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them <br /> sign. <br /> Starting September 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($172).
