Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor <br /> to address the water intrusion into the sump under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Repeat (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> All observed violations were corrected on site. No follow up is needed. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($172).
