This has already been <br /> completed. <br /> • Replace the VR-208 sensor in the E85 STP sump with a VR-323 sensor. <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones. <br /> 3. Email notification to ust(aD_sigov.orq to arrange the following inspection appointments. <br /> All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system, including newly installed <br /> sensors, must be verified to ensure monitoring meets the requirements of CCR Title 23 <br /> and California Health & Safety Code (HSC) Chapter 6.7. <br /> 4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must possess, or work under the direct <br /> and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site at all times while <br /> work is being performed who possesses, all of the following: <br /> • One of several permissible valid, current contractor licenses issued by the CSLB <br /> • A current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the [CC <br /> • A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being <br /> tested, or the developer of the testing equipment or test method(s) being used <br /> 5. Individuals working under the direct supervision of a qualified UST installer or UST service <br /> technician must, at a minimum, be employed by the person with the CSLB license and possess <br /> all manufacturer certificates of training for the equipment on which they are working. <br /> 1868 E.
