Monitoring records <br /> include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2)monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; <br /> (3)results of any visual observations; (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs of all <br /> readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6)results of <br /> inventory readings and reconciliations. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain all missing maintenance and monitoring records for the last <br /> three years on site. Submit copies of any missing work orders and alarm records to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation(Class 2) Violation. <br /> 69 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i)2030033-A current UST monitoring plan has been submitted and is readily <br /> accessible at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. Facility manager could <br /> access CERS but was not on site when the inspection began and no one else on site had access to CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Facility manager logged into CERS and printed a copy to be retained on site. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation(Class 2) Violation. <br /> 77 CA Code of Regulations 2712(f)2030073-Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report. <br /> OBSERVATION: An inspection was last done on 9/13/2023 and an inspection report was issued identifying information <br /> to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 10/13/2023. This <br /> information was received on 11/27/2023, 15 days late. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the <br /> corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include all <br /> of the recommendations made in the report. The operator shall submit a written response that includes a statement <br /> documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is <br /> submitted and all corrections implemented within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a repeat violation(Class 2) Violation. <br /> 85 CA Code of Regulations 2631(a); HSC 25290.1(c)2060027-Tank system primary containment is constructed, <br /> operated, and maintained product-tight.. <br /> OBSERVATION:An drip was observed on the bottom of the fuel filter in the 3/4 UDC.
