The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and clearly identify locations of <br /> the following equipment, if installed: 1) monitoring panels; 2) in-tank liquid level probes (if used for leak <br /> detection); 3) devices monitoring tank annular spaces or vault; 4) devices monitoring product piping; 5) <br /> devices monitoring fill piping; 6) devices monitoring vent piping; 7) devices monitoring vapor recovery <br /> piping; 8) devices monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9) devices monitoring under-dispenser <br /> containment; 10) line leak detectors; and 11) devices monitoring any other secondary containment <br /> areas. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) <br /> at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and obtain a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan to maintain on site. <br /> 7. 2010003 - Owner/Operator submitted DO form and/or informed the CUPA of any change(s) within 30 <br /> days (TCR 10) <br /> OBSERVATION: A new designated operator, NorCal Petroleum Tank Testing, began conducting <br /> inspections and notification was not provided to the EHD within 30 days of the change. The designated <br /> operator identification form for Eco-Check on CERS is outdated. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The owner or operator shall submit a "Designated Underground Storage <br /> Tank Operator Identification Form" no later than 30 days after any change in the designated UST <br /> operator(s). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) <br /> at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the notification identifying all the designated operators for facility. <br /> 9. 2030002 - Leak detection equipment tested by qualified service technician every 12 months (TCR 9d) <br /> Open violation remaining from 1/31/2024 inspection. <br /> Failure to have a properly qualified service technician test leak detection equipment as required every <br /> 12 months (vacuum, pressure, hydrostatic (VPH) system, sensors, line-leak detectors (LLD), automatic <br /> tank gauge (ATG), etc.). <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: Title: <br /> Lynsey Sammons (209) 616-3067 0 Emailed to nick.singh723@gmail.com Environmental Contact <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
