The following are still open: <br /> • #52—A SR application was submitted to EHD but additional information was requested via email <br /> on 1/10/25 and I have no record that we received a response <br /> • #59—The record not observed on site was not a work order, it was secondary containment test <br /> results for 5/16/23 <br /> • #72—The float&chain replacement was included in the SR application that was submitted but <br /> not approved (see #52) <br /> • #77—Please indicate the plan to prevent this from being a compliance issue going forward in your <br /> RTC statement <br /> I've attached the email Stacy sent on 1/10/25 requesting additional information regarding the SR <br /> application for the overfill and float& chain replacement.
