Individuals working under the direct supervision of a qualified UST service technician must, at a <br /> minimum, be employed by the person with the CSLB license and possess all manufacturer <br /> certificates of training for the equipment on which they are working. <br /> 6. The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and ensure all UST information is current. <br /> 7. This permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
