The scope of work on page 3 includes both waste oil overfill replacement and UDC 7/8 Bravo chain install. It's a <br /> repair.The equipment list on page 3 only includes the overfill. Will the Bravo work be done using existing parts? <br /> Yes using existing parts. <br /> 2. Please submit manufacturer certifications,third party approvals, and a copy of the official written inspection <br /> procedures for the overfill prevention method being installed. see attached 4720 overfill valve installation sheet. <br /> See page 7 for test procedure &third-party approvals for the overfill valve. <br /> 3. Please submit manufacturer certifications for the Bravo chain repairs. See attached Bravo cert and see page four <br /> of Bravo B2000 Cut sheet for the repair SOW. <br /> 4. An estimate was included for used oil manway replacement and spill bucket replacement.This appears to be <br /> from a previous job. Is it related to the current scope of work?
