CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation. 50 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 2060020- Spill buckets meet requirements, have been tested as required, and records kept for 36 mths (TCR 9a) OBSERVATION: The technician stated that the 91 direct-bury spill container failed when tested due to the drain valve. REGULATION GUIDANCE: All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. CORRECTIVE ACTION: The technician on site replaced the drain valve, re-tested the spill container and it passed. This was corrected on site. This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation.
