(FREY) to present a scope of <br /> work and procedures to conduct an additional off-Site groundwater investigation to further assess <br /> the lateral and vertical extent of dissolved phase petroleum hydrocarbons in groundwater <br /> northeast, east and southeast of the Quick-N-Save #1 gas station (Site), located at 1901 South <br /> Eldorado Street in Stockton, California(Figure 1). The scope of work presented in this workplan <br /> has been developed in response to a directive issued by the Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board(RWQCB) in a letter dated April 20, 2023 (Appendix A). <br /> SITE AND SITE VICINITY DESCRIPTION <br /> The Site consists of an approximate 0.32-acre parcel located on the southwest corner of South <br /> Eldorado and Fifth Streets at a general elevation of 12 feet above mean sea level. An <br /> approximate 1,400 square foot retail building occupies the west-central portion of the Site, with a <br /> canopy and two fuel dispenser pumps located directly adjacent to the eastern side of the retail <br /> store. Gasoline underground storage tanks (USTs) are located on the northeastern portion of the <br /> Site, adjacent to the northside of the canopy. <br /> Retail commercial businesses occupy the majority of properties along South El Dorado Street the <br /> north and south of the Site. Areas surrounding the Site to the north and east consist primarily of <br /> single-family residences. All Saints Academy, a private kindergarten through eighth grade <br />
