LABORATORY ANALYSES
All collected groundwater samples and soil disposal profile samples will be submitted to a State-
certified laboratory for analysis for standard list VOC and gasoline range organics (TPH-GRO)
in general accordance with EPA method 8260B. Soil disposal profile samples will also be
analyzed for total lead in accordance with EPA method 6010. Samples will be transported to the
analytical laboratory under chain-of-custody documentation.
DATA EVALUATION AND REPORTING
FREY will prepare a report to document the results of the hydropunch sampling and well
installation, development, and surveying. A separate semi-annual groundwater monitoring and
sampling report will be prepared to document the results of well monitoring and sampling as
well as the hydropunch sampling. The reports will be submitted to the RWQCB and uploaded
onto the SWRCB's"GeoTracker"website.
SCHEDULE
FREY will commence pre-field activities following approval of this workplan by the RWQCB.
Permitting with the City of Stockton and SJEHD is anticipated to require approximately 4 weeks.
Hydropunch boring and sampling would be completed approximately 2 to 4 weeks after
acquisition of the encroachment and well permits, depending on drilling subcontractor
availability. Installation of the groundwater monitoring wells would be completed
approximately 3 weeks after completion of hydropunch sampling. Well development, surveying
and sampling would be completed within 2 weeks of well installations. Reports documenting
and presenting the results of the hydropunch sampling and well installations, and semi-annual
groundwater monitoring event will be submitted to the RWQCB approximately 6 to 8 weeks
following the conclusion of field activities.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding this workplan.
Sincerely, j ttdE
FR nv NCR/ 'i c\ONAI GFO
A-,{h
N
Nd 1 00 O a NO. 7584 p -
Ex;. &5 * ExR z L
Joe ey * /K?eTucker Prin ipal ertifi AOFCAUF S Project Geologist OFCALIf
En ring Geologi PG# 7584
CEG#1500
Terrence Kinn
Project Geologist
FREY Environmental,Inc. 10 Project No. 1095-01
