Turner Road, Lodi, California would like to <br /> submit the following report based on the Solid Waste Facility Permit 39-AA-0017 Section 16, <br /> Self-Monitoring. The following information is included based upon the self-monitoring program <br /> as described in the Report of Facility Information: <br /> a) Tonnage Reports of Waste Received <br /> b) Copy of the Daily and Special occurrence log. <br /> Tonnage Records of waste received along with quantities and types of materials recycled or <br /> salvaged can all be found on the November 2021 Central Valley Waste Grid Reports (Appendix <br /> A).
