NC winterization Plan Page 6 of 7 Printed 9/29/25 <br />MODULE 1-4 <br />1.Drainage Ditches <br />Existing drainage ditches have been inspected and cleaned of vegetation and <br />debris. <br />2.Down Drains <br />Existing down drains have been inspected and re-connected as needed. <br />MODULE 5B-6 <br />1.Winter Pad <br />A new winter pad will be constructed on the top of Modules 5A and 5B for refuse <br />disposal during wet weather. The winter pad will be constructed of aggregate <br />base over compacted refuse. <br />Part of Winter Pad <br />2.Customer Haul Road <br />The customer haul road from main paved access road has been extended to new <br />winter pad. <br />3.Daily Cover Soil <br />Daily cover soil will be stockpiled near the winter pad for winter operations.
