Tarps used as Alternative Daily Cover (ADC) at active face which was at area six. <br /> <br />2. First truck dumped at active face after 7 am. <br /> <br />3. Observed one bulldozer and a compactor being operated at the active face. Traffic director <br />observed at the active face. Personnel were wearing appropriate PPE. <br /> <br />4. Records were reviewed indicating that Olivera Enterprises shipped 230 cubic yards of <br />green waste off site for retail sale in September. Observed use of ground green waste for <br />erosion control on the landfill slopes. <br /> <br />5. Reviewed the special occurrences log, training record, daily tonnage and vehicle values, <br />and the load check record. <br /> <br />6. The #17 and #19 perimeter landfill gas monitoring wells were measured today. Both wells <br />contained 0% methane in all probes. <br /> <br />7. Light rainfall recently, no dust control needed. <br /> <br />8. No erosion observed. Inactive landfill area cover is in good condition. <br /> <br />9. The green waste chipping and grinding stockpiles were small. Continue processing green <br />waste in a timely manner in compliance with the site permit and state regulation. <br /> <br />10. On-site litter was minimal. Observed litter crew working off-site on Harney Lane. <br /> <br />11. Crew on-site excavating out the new area seven. <br /> <br />12.
