and moved off-site. Records also show the temperature of the green material stays <br />around 90 degrees F and that green material is turned to mitigate the fire <br />hazard. Temperature measurements during the inspection of the incoming and <br />ground green material found temperatures below 95 degrees F. <br />The amount of green material observed on-site was discussed with the <br />operator. Some of the material is needed for erosion control on-site and will be used <br />for that purpose. <br />Decrease the amount of green material stored on-site. <br />27 CCR 20650 - Grading of Fill Surfaces <br />Large burrow holes and depressions were observed on the west and east slopes of <br />Module 1. Repair the depressions. Make the necessary repairs to the burrow holes <br />and take measures to prevent further burrowing. <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />1. On-site with CalRecycle inspector Aman DeGeorge for the 18 month inspection. <br /> <br />2. Received and reviewed 1st quarter Landfill Gas report. All probes and locations <br />measured. All values 0.0 - 0.1% methane, within regulatory limits. <br /> <br />3. Green waste records indicated that Olivera Enterprises shipped 865 cubic yards off site for <br />retail sale in January. <br /> <br />4. Reviewed green waste testing results for sampling done in January 2025. Physical <br />contamination, pathogen reduction and maximum metal concentrations were evaluated and <br />all results are within regulatory limits. <br /> <br />5. Reviewed special occurrences log, training record, daily tonnage and vehicle values, and <br />the load check record. <br /> <br />6. Two perimeter landfill gas monitoring wells were measured today. <br /> <br />SG-10: shallow probe 0.0% methane, 0.6% carbon dioxide, 19.9% oxygen, 79.5% <br />balance; middle probe 0.0% methane, 0.8% carbon dioxide, 19.4% oxygen, 79.8% balance; <br />deep probe 0.0% methane, 0.4% carbon dioxide, 20.2% oxygen, 79.3% balance. <br /> <br />SG-22: shallow probe 0.0% methane, 0.8% carbon dioxide, 19.3% oxygen, 79.9% <br />balance; middle probe 0.0% methane, 0.7% carbon dioxide, 19.3% oxygen, 80.0% balance; <br />deep probe 0.0% methane, 1.0% carbon dioxide, 16.5% oxygen, 82.5% balance. <br />7. Sheep were on-site for vegetation control on the inactive landfill areas. <br />8. Drainage ditches were observed in good condition directing recent heavy rains from the <br />landfill area to the on-site wetlands for drainage control.
