Inspection Report Comments <br />1. Tarps are being used as alternate daily cover (ADC). <br /> <br />2. First truck dumped waste at active face at 7:07 am. Active face was at the winter pad at <br />area five. <br /> <br />3. Green waste records indicated that Olivera Enterprises shipped 1015 cubic yards off site <br />for retail sale in September. <br /> <br />4. Reviewed special occurrences log, training record, daily tonnage and vehicle values, and <br />the load check record. <br /> <br />5. Two perimeter landfill gas monitoring wells were measured today. <br />SG-2: shallow probe 0.0% methane, 2.9% carbon dioxide, 19.0% oxygen, 78.2% <br />balance; middle probe 0.0% methane, 0.5% carbon dioxide, 20.6% oxygen, 78.9% balance; <br />deep probe 0.0% methane, 0.1% carbon dioxide, 20.9% oxygen, 79.1% balance. <br />SG-22: shallow probe 0.0% methane, 0.1% carbon dioxide, 20.9% oxygen, 79.0% <br />balance; middle probe 0.0% methane, 0.1% carbon dioxide, 20.9% oxygen, 79.0% balance; <br />deep probe 0.0% methane, 0.1% carbon dioxide, 20.9% oxygen, 79.0% balance. <br />6. Permit Review Application Area of Concern resolved. The five permit review is complete <br />and the Solid Waste Facility Permit was issued with no changes. A Report of Facility <br />Information Amendment application was received and processed for SB-1383 procedures and <br />site map changes. The Joint Technical Document with 2024 updates was reviewed and <br />approved. The Closure and Postclosure Maintenance Plans and Nonwater Release <br />Corrective Action Plan for 2024 were received, reviewed and approved. <br />7.
