The fecal coliform result is greater than 1800 MPN/g, wrich fails the limit of <br /> 1000 MPN/g. The Arsenic result is 390 mg/kg, which fails the lirr it of 41 mg/kg. This <br /> ground wood waste cannot be land applied per Title 14 CaliforniE Code of Regulations <br /> (CCR) section 17852(x)(24.5). <br /> This is a repeat violation. <br /> The site Joint Technical Document section 8 discusses Wood Waste handling. Wood <br /> waste does not include treated wood waste such as pressure treated wood. Pressure <br /> treated wood was observed during the inspection in one of the wood waste piles prior <br /> to chipping and grinding. Remove all treated wood waste and dispose of in the <br /> landfill. <br /> Areas of Concern <br /> 27 CCR 20610 - Training <br /> Wood waste handling and processing is done by Olivera Enterprises, Inc. Olivera <br /> employee training records were not available for review. Provide these records for the <br /> last year, including load checking training. <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> 1. Tarps were being used as alternate daily cover. <br /> 2. First truck dumped waste at active face at 7:19 am. Active face was at the winter pad, area <br /> five. <br /> 3. Green waste records indicated that Olivera Enterprises shipped 420 cubic yards off site for <br /> retail sale in January. <br /> 4. Reviewed special occurrences log, training record, daily tonnage and vehicle values, and <br /> load check record. <br /> 5. Last month's violations for Erosion Control and Daily Cover are resolved. <br /> 6.
